After the purchase process is complete, you will be presented with a Thank You for Your Order message screen. On that same screen there is an Order Confirmation link. Click that link, then scroll down to Click on Product Name to Download File. Click on the product shown (the file you purchased) and follow the download prompts. Within seconds, you will have the file on your C:\.
NOTE: You are allowed 3 downloads of each file (license) purchased and can download them to 3 different devices. Ensure you complete each download within 48 hours of downloading the first copy of the file.

Refund/Return Policy
Workbook, QuickStart Guide, and Audio Files: Being electronic files, returning them is not verifiable. Consequently, there are NO REFUNDS for those files.
Clothing: We offer NO REFUNDS on clothing, but may consider exchanges on UNOPENED clothing (within 7 days of shipping date) in exigent circumstances. Shipping costs for such exchanges may be shared equally.
Services and Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS for commercial services or (no-call/no-show) telephone/webcam consultations. Commerical Deposits may be refunded in exigent circumstances. Please purchase carefully.
