Getting Out of the Cycle
The Cycle
Watch television for an hour and there will be at least one commercial promoting some sort of dead food or beverage and another touting a pain pill or caffeinated beverage formulated to "help" you and yet another about an exercise program or device designed to give you hope. It's a dead-end cycle:
1) Consuming Dead Food and Beverages
2) Result-less Exercise and
3) Resorting to Pills and/or Caffeine for Bodily Regulation
This website was created to help you out of that contrived cycle that exists only to extract money from your pocket every day without regard for your well-being.
Getting Out
Each person will utilize reactivateyourself.com (and the tools and services listed on the home page) in their own way to extract themselves from the cycle. It could happen in a day or it might take weeks. Reactivateyourself.com sets up the playing field allowing you to choose a timeline best suited for your goals. The WHAT and WHY is presented throughout the website. The HOW is described in the 20 Steps to Vibrant and the WHEN and IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (among many other things) is covered in the QuickStart Guide. During your transformation, keep in mind the Holistics 2050 premise:
Complete Nutrition • Internal Purification • Balanced Activity
It's a "a very doable shift in life choices" most ANYONE can make happen. Use the 20 Steps to Vibrant! to 'see' the components of that shift and the QuickStart Guide to 'launch' yourself into it. It can be one of the most significant and best decisions one could ever make.
Mind-Altering Advertisements
I expect you had been asking yourself questions like “how do vegetarians possibly get enough protein or calcium in their diet?” If so, you were quite likely victimized by decades of propaganda seen on television and roadside billboards, etc. Those ads are typically provided by national organizations that profit financially from mass meat and dairy production. Millions of dollars in advertising campaigns are spent each year to ensure you and I obey those advertisements. The next time you encounter one, take a minute to note who is behind it.
Perspective
I cringe when I see the ads of healthy-looking models with that thick white milk-stripe over their upper lip as I wonder about the mucous that cow’s milk leaves in the bowel. When I hear the slogan “soup is good food,” I can only think of the high sodium and fat content in many of those canned dead food products and wonder how they get away with calling it, “good food.” Obesity and physical under-achievement have become the norm is this country. What has to happen before we wake-up and ditch those daily doses of hamburgers, fries and caffeine and instead opt for a sensible regimen of more desirable proteins, grains, fruits, and vegetables? The negative impact on the environment and health care system should be reason alone to re-think our diets. Candy, chips, sausage, burgers, soda-pop, hot dogs, salami, chicken wings, and pizza may be okay once in great while, but consuming these substances regularly (each week) levies horrible effects on human health.
Side Note
Reactivateyourself.com is a safe-haven for those looking to reduce their stress levels and get the truth about what is actually good for them. Other than commercial consulting, the only thing offered for sale here is a QuickStart Guide supplemented by a customized Microsoft Excel Workbook, the six audio tapes, and some Holistics 2050 merchandise (which make excellent gifts by the way)!
