Reproducing Copyrighted Material
The QuickStart Guide is copyrighted and clearly marked as such. Consequently, reputable copy shops such as FedEx Office (formerly FedEx Kinkos) will NOT reproduce it without written permission of the copyright owner. FedEx Office has reported to us they would accept an eMail from the copyright owner as such permission.

Holistics 2050 will Provide Authorization Directly to the Reproduction Shop
Upon receipt of a licensing order for the QuickStartGuide, Holistics 2050 will send an eMail to the address provided on the order granting permission for the reproduction. That eMail may be taken or sent to a document reproduction shop in advance to help them understand the scope of the request. Plan on sending the eMail address, FAX or phone number of the document reproduction center to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it in advance to ensure Holistics 2050 is prepared to send an electronic authorization accordingly. If necessary, you may call (888)RDH-2050 during the process to help ensure the matter is addressed in a timely and convenient manner.

Requests for 250+ Copies

250 – 1,000 = $0.73 per copy

1001 - 5,000 = $0.65 per copy

5,001 - 25,000 = $0.52 per copy

25,001 – 50,000 = $0.41 per copy

50,001 – 100,000 = $0.33 per copy

100,001 – 250,000 = $0.26 per copy

250,000+ = $0.21 per copy

Orders exceeding 5,000 copies should be paid by company check.

Seminars A or B & ConsultingTime

1 – 2 six-hour sessions = $1,667 each

3 six-hour sessions = $4,750

4 – 7 six-hour sessions = $1,583 each

8 six-hour sessions = $12,002

9+ six hour sessions = $1,500 each

Pre-qualified orders exceeding $1,500 can opt to submit a deposit via credit card and satisfy the remaining balance by company check.
