The Holistics 2050 seminars are designed to engage both the cognitive and affective learning domains. It’s a powerful way to stir deep thought and drive meaningful change in human behavior.

Seminar Constitution
1. Create and expertly deliver meaningful content
The Seminar begins by establishing a cogent Problem Statement using the following attributes:

♦ Health Care (service/volume/costs)
♦ Human Health (physical/emotional)
♦ Environment (natural resource usage/strain on infrastructure)
♦ World Politics (treatment of animals and the environment/perception of U.S. gov’t and citizens)

From there, a surprising but powerful solution is offered leading the discussion to the complete Holistics 2050 premise.

2. Stage an effective learning environment
The meeting room itself will be stocked with some of the exact hardware and perishables discussed during the seminar. Pictures and props alone don’t quite measure up.

3. Monitor participant engagement during the session
Once a learner loses the perception of how the information can be integrated into their lives, their learning experience acutely diminishes. A goal of the seminar is to ensure all participants remain engaged at all times by linking “real world,” personal examples throughout the session.

4. Formative and summative evaluation
A quantitative/qualitative evaluation is offered to each participant immediately following the seminar. Because the effects of the new behavior cannot be known for weeks (or even months), a summative evaluation will be provided 90 days after the seminar. Every survey is scanned closely for content which is used to augment our ongoing continuous improvement effort.
